1. General

All personal data, resumes, copies of diplomas, documents, test results, work experiences, etc. that I provide online via Studaro, by e-mail, text message, orally (by telephone, at job fairs, in an office, etc.) or in any other way to Studaro or have delivered by others, may be collected, processed and used by Studaro BVBA (and related companies) in order to guide and mediate me in my search for work.

This employment mediation can include: determining my profile and assessing my suitability as a candidate for certain positions (as a temp, domestic worker, permanent or temporary employee at one of Studaro's clients or at Studaro itself), processing the results of any tests taken from me (online personality tests, language tests, assessments, etc.), offering (short) supporting training, forwarding vacancies and job offers by telephone, e-mail, Whatsapp or text message, and also actively presenting my CV to clients and clients of Studaro.

Some of the information I have to provide (e.g. identity, education, work experience, etc.) is necessary to be able to use Studaro’s services. Additional information (e.g. references, personal preferences for certain positions, motivation letter, etc.) is not mandatory, but may be desirable in order to be able to better attune Studaro’s services to my wishes and qualities or to meet more specific questions or obligations from clients or clients of Studaro to whom I can be mediated. If I choose to provide my details to Studaro, Studaro may use these details and share them with customers and clients.

I am personally responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data I provide to Studaro in my online profile. It is also in my interest to inform Studaro in person, or online via info@studaro.com as soon as possible if my data changes.

If I no longer wish to be mediated by Studaro, I can withdraw my permission to use my data and ask for my mediation file to be removed.
