Differences between our Young Potential and Studaro Next matching programs.

Studaro Next was created in response to the challenges young talent faces when taking their first steps into the job market. Each year, we receive 3,000 requests from students seeking further guidance, coaching, and training (internally and through external partners) as they graduate and become part of our Studaro story, or when they have been directly involved in the Studaro experience.

Studaro helps students to find student jobs relevant to their studies. It is based in Ghent and operates throughout Flanders and Brussels.

With Studaro Next we aim to accelerate the development of young talent and prepare them for their next steps in the job market through coaching, guidance, and training.

Do you work with a takeover fee?

No, we have no takeover fee.

A takeover is possible after 220 worked days; after that, a takeover is free of charge. Early takeover is not possible within our model.

Training sessions are tailored to each candidate’s needs. We listen to the requirements of your company as well as the needs of the candidate to provide a high-quality, customized program. A concrete example: a criminology student lacked Excel skills because it was not covered in her curriculum. The company identified this need, and we addressed it by providing an Excel training course.

Additionally, we maintain a clear understanding of these needs through frequent feedback sessions with both companies and candidates. This allows us to respond and anticipate needs in a timely manner.
